Terms of service
Overview
This website is operated by SAH GLAMOURR COSMETICS LTD. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SAH GLAMOURR COSMETICS LTD.
We provide this website, including the information, products, services and resources available through it, subject to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.
By accessing our website, purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable policies, including our:
-
Order Policies
-
Refund & Returns Policy
-
Shipping Policy
-
Privacy Policy
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing from us.
Nothing within these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. About Us
SAH GLAMOURR COSMETICS LTD is a UK-registered company providing cosmetic products, private-label and wholesale services, digital resources and selected business services.
Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.
2. Eligibility & Use of Our Website
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract with us.
You must not use our website, products, services or content for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other technology intended to damage, disrupt or interfere with our website or services.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access where our website or services are being misused.
3. Products & Services
We may offer products and services including:
-
Private-label cosmetic products
-
Wholesale cosmetic products
-
Samples and sample kits
-
Custom packaging and branding options
-
Digital products
-
Vendor information and resources
-
Business consultations
-
Other cosmetic or business-related products and services
Products, services, packaging, shades, customisation options and availability may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or services and to limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. Private-Label & Custom Orders
Private-label and custom products may be manufactured specifically according to the selections and information provided by the customer.
Depending on the product, this may include:
-
Logo or branding
-
Packaging selection
-
Tube style
-
Shade selection
-
Printing
-
Other custom specifications
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required to produce their order.
Production cannot begin until all required information has been received.
Delays in providing information, files or approvals may delay the processing of an order.
Please refer to our Order Policies for further information.
5. Mock-Ups & Customer Approval
Where applicable, a digital mock-up may be provided before production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information shown within a mock-up, including spelling, logos, colours, positioning, packaging and other customisation details.
Approval confirms that you are satisfied for production to proceed based on the approved design.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
Digital mock-ups are visual representations of the intended finished product. Minor differences may occur between screen displays, digital designs and physically manufactured products.
We are not responsible for errors originating from information or files supplied by the customer where those errors were accurately reproduced in the approved design.
Where an error attributable to us results in products materially differing from an approved design or agreed specification, we will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
6. Customer-Supplied Logos & Intellectual Property
By supplying us with a logo, design, photograph, wording, trademark or other material for use on your products, you confirm that:
-
You own the material or have permission to use it;
-
Its use does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights; and
-
You authorise us and, where necessary, our manufacturers or fulfilment partners to use the material solely as reasonably required to fulfil your order.
You remain responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use materials submitted to us.
We reserve the right to refuse material that we reasonably believe may infringe third-party rights or be unlawful.
7. Samples & Production Variations
We strongly recommend purchasing samples before placing a larger wholesale or private-label order where appropriate.
Cosmetic products and packaging are physically manufactured and minor variations may occur between samples and subsequent production batches.
This may include minor differences in shade, printing, positioning, packaging or appearance.
Such minor variations will not necessarily constitute a defect where the product remains materially consistent with the agreed specification.
8. Processing Times
Our standard processing time for custom and private-label orders is approximately 12–25 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Processing begins once we have received all information and approvals required to complete the order.
Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Processing estimates are not guaranteed completion or delivery dates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information.
9. Prices & Payments
Prices are displayed on our website and may be changed from time to time.
The price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed and accepted when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors and applicable law.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
Payment has not been authorised;
-
Fraud or unauthorised activity is reasonably suspected;
-
A clear pricing or listing error has occurred;
-
Required order information cannot be obtained;
-
The requested product or service is unavailable; or
-
Fulfilling the order would be unlawful.
Where we cancel an order after payment and no products or services have been supplied, any amount due back to you will be processed accordingly.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because custom and private-label products are produced specifically for the customer's requirements, cancellation rights may be limited once production has begun.
Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
11. Cosmetic Compliance & CPSR
Customers purchasing products for resale under their own brand are responsible for ensuring that the products they place on the market comply with applicable cosmetic laws and regulatory requirements within their intended market.

Unless explicitly stated as included within the product or service purchased, a customer-specific CPSR is not included with a private-label order.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any assessments, notifications, registrations, compliant labels or other documentation required for products sold under their own brand.
Nothing provided by us should be treated as legal or regulatory advice.
12. International Customers
International customers are responsible for checking the legal, regulatory and import requirements applicable within the country where products will be imported, marketed or sold.
Products available through our website are not represented as automatically compliant for resale in every jurisdiction worldwide.

We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to pricing, product descriptions, availability, promotions or shipping.

In particular, nothing within these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed or for business losses suffered by a consumer that are unrelated to the personal use of the products or services purchased.
Customers purchasing products in the course of business remain responsible for their own commercial decisions, regulatory obligations and use or resale of the products.
24. Refunds & Returns
Cancellation, return, refund and remedy conditions are explained within our Refund & Returns Policy.
Nothing within that policy or these Terms is intended to restrict statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
25. Severability

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific conditions referenced within them, form the agreement governing your use of our website and purchases from us.
Failure by us to enforce a provision on one occasion does not mean that we waive the right to enforce it in the future.

28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable requirements.
