Please allow 14–20 business days for all custom and wholesale orders, including sample kits. This timeframe allows for production, branding, quality checks, and secure packaging.

Digital products (eBooks, templates, business tools) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.

If your parcel is delayed:
