Private Label Products

We offer private label lip glosses, lip liners, lip oils, lip masks, and selected cosmetic products.

Customisation options may include:

  • Tube style

  • Shade selection

  • Logo printing (where applicable)

Logo files must be emailed immediately after checkout, quoting your order number. Orders will not enter production until all required details have been received.

Customer-Supplied Packaging

At this time, we do not accept customer-supplied tubes or packaging.

We offer a curated selection of high-quality packaging. If you have a reference image, you may email it to us for consideration. Similar styles may be available.

 

 

 

Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

  • Custom & private-label orders require 12–25 business days for processing

  • Processing time does not include shipping

Shipping

  • Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Please note: processing times may vary during peak periods.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Custom and private-label orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered:

  • Please contact the courier directly using your tracking information

  • We may assist where possible but are not liable for courier delays or losses

 

Consultations

We offer 1:1 consultation calls for those starting or scaling a cosmetic brand.

Consultation details, availability, and inclusions are listed on our website.

Digital Products

Digital products (including eBooks, tools, and vendor lists) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable.

Reselling & Branding

Wholesale and private-label products may be resold under your own brand.

However:

  • Sah Glamourr Cosmetics’ photos, product names, and branding must not be used

  • Misrepresentation of our brand is strictly prohibited

Reviews & Incentives

Incentives for reviews or social media tags may be offered at our discretion and are subject to change.
